The Trusted Motorola Cell Phone

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Christopher_Luck]Christopher Luck Everyone is making cell phones these days. Any company thats ever had anything to do with electronics has jumped on the bandwagon in the last decade and introduced a line of cell phones. While Motorola cell phones have been around since day one, the coming years are going to be seeing phones from every one else hitting the market. Not just those electronics companies, but now even big retailers that just want to put their name behind this kind of product are starting to appear with phones. Since the beginning of the technology though, Motorola cell phones have been trusted by consumers as being amongst the best. While the company formed over seventy five years ago, long before wireless communication was even dreamed of, they placed themselves on the forefront of the technology to be prepared for the time when the market was ripe. Almost at the same moment pagers and cell phones became common place amongst business people it was Motorola pagers and Motorola cell phones that they were using. Then when cell phones moved into the general consumer market it was still the Motorola cell phone everyone was choosing. An industry sales leader for a long time, its cell phone division is what drove the company to becoming a Fortune 100 company. There they didnt at all let up. With principles dictating quality and ever innovative products Motorola is always placing itself on the edge of the businesss future. The first motorola cell phone appeared in 1983. As many remember, these were huge clunky devises; almost comical by todays standards. The company, however, continued to lead the way in the ever improving designs until the present days sleek phones came to be. Now their cell phones are anything from tiny handhelds to large screen flip phones. They include cameras, video recorders and mp3 playback. Complimenting their phones Motorola has also been a leader in offering innovative accessories. By allowing consumers to plug their phones directly into cars for recharging or into computers for data sharing, Motorola cell phones have been able to offer industry leading services often long before the competition. With the inclusion of Bluetooth technology on their products, consumers can now communicate remotely with their wireless devices. Now headsets and other hands free devices offered through the company and its partners enable people to have an easier and even safer experience with their cell phones. To reaffirm its commitment to leading edge innovation the Motorola cell phone division has introduced something altogether unique in time for the holiday season. Partnering with Oakley, they have together introduced a Bluetooth device that makes Motorola cell phone users amongst the coolest talkers out there. The new Motorola [http://www.tahomatimes.com/category/technology-reviews]cell phone accessory, called Razwire, is a headset and microphone built into an ultralight pair of Oakley sunglasses. Bluetooth enabled, it allows someone to make a call and talk to anyone without holding the phone or having the awkward feel of a traditional headset. With no telling what innovations my come along next it can be certain that Motorola will be right there. And we call all be sure that the quality will be second to none. Christopher M. Herbal Viagra: Safe or Unsafe?

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Monalisa_Hyden] Monalisa Hyden The word Viagra is synonymous to strong penile erection in the sexually enlightened world community. Business giants have already sensed the pulse of ED market and challenged Viagra with equally efficient erectile dysfunction treatments. Not that the small fishes in the market are sitting idlethe market is flooded with many generic versions of branded ED pills along with those called Herbal Viagra. But the name itself confuses me, how can Viagra be herbal? This question erects from the sheer fact that the so-called herbal Viagra contains undeclared ingredients, and the most risky affair about it is, most of the time it is Sildenafil. Ridiculously, it is named after herbal and that too with the marking of VG on it! Medsafe investigators have tested the products named Meng Rong and pills with marking of VG and results revealed the fact that it contained Sildenafil, the main ingredient of Viagra. A health warning has been issued under Section 98 of the Medicines act 1981 in the month of May, 2006 against so called herbal products containing undeclared prescription medicines. Yixinjiaonang which contains Tadalafil (main ingredient of Cialis) and Reduce Weight containing Sibutramine an FDA approved weight loss pill, are also included in that list. Sildenafil is never prescribed to those who have glaucoma, and harmful to the patients with heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. At the same time it could have fatal reaction with heart medications containing nitrates. Same goes to Yixinjiaonang, which contains Tadafil, a PDE5 inhibitor for treatment of erectile dysfunction. At the same time Sibutramine which is found in so-called herbal weight loss medicine named Reduce Weight, increases blood pressure and interferes with glaucoma, mental illness as well as liver or kidney problems. According to Medsafe investigators, the products are supposedly sold through an herbal product retailer and are manufactured in China or in a country where Chinese language is used on the labels of medicinal products. Normally, we, the English speaking lot of Americans, cannot read Chinese labels if available by any fair chance. That is why it is all the important for us to know the other ways to identify the so-called herbal Viagra. Let us know how to identify those five so-called herbal products detected by Medsafe investigators; Combination of red and brown tablets with no label from the manufacturer with mark of 800mg in a tiny plastic zip-lock bag. Unnamed bright green colored capsules in small plastic zip-lock bag. Kang Da named capsules are red, packed in gold foiled blister. Combination of orange n black capsule in a red dotted transparent plastic pack. Cream colored capsules in an orange, blue and transparent plastic pack. The crux of the matter is to know your medicine. We, as consumers, are actually at the most vulnerable point in this whole affair, as we are spending our hard-earned dollars on drugs that are dangerous for our lives. This is a very bad deal indeed! Government is doing its best for the protection of consumer rights as well as lives. But it is also our duty not to be always tempted by the words like under-the-counter and cheap particularly when dealing with health related issues. Do not let yourself bamboozled by the money-monger frauds of the medicine market. Be vigilant and protect life, because it is precious… The author, Monalisa Hyden, addresses health and sexual problem related issues. Tai Chi Breathing Reduces Residual Air in Ineffective Retention Space

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

By C Guan Soo Breathing is the source of life: if breathing stops, do does life. On average, an adult breathe 16-18 times per minutes, each time about 500ml of air exchanged in the lungs. When breathing in from the outside air, oxygen content is about 21% while carbon dioxide is 0.03%. On the other hand, breathing out produces about 16.5% oxygen and 4.5% carbon dioxide. Based on the average of 16-18 breath per minutes, it can be estimated that the volume of air exchanged in the lungs is about 8000-9000ml. From this, the content of both oxygen and carbon dioxide exchanged can also be calculated. In calculating the air exchanged, theres a factor that needs to be considered: theres about 150ml of air left in the Ineffective Retention. What is Ineffective Retention? Ineffective Retention refers to the space between the lungs and the nose, that is, the space in the nasal, throat, trachea, and bronchus which contains residual air of about 150ml. The residual air in Ineffective Retention has more carbon dioxide and lesser oxygen compared to the air outside. Each inhale of 500ml of air from the outside will include this 150ml residual air in the Ineffective Retention. This means the effective oxygen content in each inhale is in fact lesser than 21%! This means, for every minute, you will be taking in about 2400-2700ml of residual air in the Ineffective Retention space! Active air volume in the lungs is very important. Thus, through deep breathing, achieved through abdominal breathing the air exchange in the lungs can be increased to 2000-6000ml, and at times, exceeding 6000ml! And with deep breathing, which takes longer time per breath. On average, if you do deep and slow breathing, you can reduce the rate of breathing to 9 times per minutes, taking more than 2000ml of air per inhale. This will in effect, reduce the number of times where the 150 ml of air in the Ineffective Retention going back into the lung. This means that only 1350ml of residual air going back into the lung exchange, but fresh air exchanged is more than 18000ml per minute! This increases oxygen intake significantly. Blood circulation and metabolism rate will increase, and immune system will be enhanced through deep, abdominal breathing! This is another proof to show that Tai Chi Breathing has its scientific logic and reason for improving your health conditions and mental well-being. However, the data above showed how health can be improved by deep abdominal breathing alone only. My system involves 5 Steps of Tai Chi Breathing, and abdominal breathing is only Step 2 of the whole system, and on its on, has shown such tremendous effect on your body health. What about other steps? And if you are interested in learning how to do Tai Chi Breathing correctly, and to make it your habit, go to my website under my signature and find out how. And may the Energy of Tai Chi be with you! :) Breathing cheerfully, C. Guan Soo http://www.TaichiBreathing.com Copyright (C) 2005 C. Rocky Mountain Fishing in Winter Park, Colorado

Monday, January 28th, 2008

By William Fisher Catching fish couldnt be any easier than here in the Fraser Valley. You can wade 1,000 miles of streams, wander around 1,000 acres of high mountain lakes, or troll 11,000 acres of reservoirs. Whether youre fly-fishing or have a night crawler on the end of your line, you can find many different species of fish throughout Grand County. Rainbow, cutthroat, brown & brook trout can be found in most of the rivers, while mackinaw and kokanee salmon cruise the depths of the larger bodies of water. The Colorado River offers gold medal trout fishing with some of the biggest browns and rainbows found in the state. The Fraser River runs through the town of Winter Park, as well as the resort, and is fed by many other great little secluded creeks with hidden pockets of trout. St. Louis Creek and Willow Creek offer brookies, bows and browns with scattered creek-side campgrounds. The four major lakes of the area are located in the Granby area, and offer plenty of ramps & marinas for boating enjoyment. With 7,250 surface acres and 40 miles of shoreline, Lake Granby is known for its big mackinaws. Grand Lake, the largest natural lake in Colorado, and adjoined Shadow Mountain Lake can also produce 20 pounds macks. The lakes of the area are also well known for great ice fishing in the winter. You just never know what the snowmelt will do in the high country, but one thing is for sure, it will produce an abundance of streams and lakes to choose from. The seclusion and surrounding wilderness will make you feel like an early American explorer, discovering your own trout paradise. Debunking the FAFSA Myth

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Keith_Tuomi]Keith Tuomi With the plethora of big-business entities jockeying for the money of students on the path to becoming well-to-do responsible consumers with a house, car, and 1.5 children, it’s often missed that the US Government is the first place to start when planning student finances. Scholarships, traineeships, fellowships, loans: Uncle Sam is nothing if not prolific in the diversity of programs available. For most students, the acroynm FAFSA is their first encounter with the cold hard seriousness of bureaucratic forms, most commonly dealt with before the dreaded and stereotypically cryptic IRS forms such as the 1040. The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is a free form and free service provided by the Department of Education. If you do not fill it in you will not be eligible for federal (government-backed) student loans. However, you will still be eligible for private, or alternative student loans. Almost every school sets its own deadline for when the different forms of financial aid are due. Some may be as early as the second week of January and some have no deadlines at all. It is strongly recommended to check with your own school’s financial aid office to find out exactly when your deadlines may fall. In order to meet a “Transaction Receipt Date” deadline for your college, it is recommended to submit to us at least 2 weeks prior to the published deadline to insure submission. There are a myriad of large, well-oiled companies that will gladly take your money and ‘process’ your FAFSA application on your behalf. The fees for this service typically range from $50 to $100. You could also go with a private accountant, however the ‘personal touch’ will of course usually cost you more. Wait! Do you really want to start your experience with Government forms as one of resignation that no, you are really not bright or organized enough to be able to fill it in yourself? Learning to ‘do it yourself’ with the Government can be not only a satisfying but potentially educational experience that will teach you the skills that many self-made millionares taught themselves: relying on an accountant or anonymous firm does nothing except save you some time, and in fact with big-ticket money decisions who is to say that your ‘assistants’ are not putting their interests before yours? Just as their are firms such as H&R Block that will open up retail outlets in your neighorhood every year at tax time, there are companies that specialize in FAFSA applications. Now, as with the majority of tax returns, the FAFSA is anything but rocket science. It is simply a matter of making sure you know all your variables and where to write it on the form. For companies who perform this work day in day out, your financial future is simply an algorithm which is input and output in moments. They typically spend more printing the paper for your documents and checks then they do in any actual ‘labor’. SO, consider tackling the FAFSA yourself. Just like learning to do your taxes on your own, a few hours spent researching how to do the forms ONCE will enable you to conquer them the next time, and you can even make money on the side on campus teaching others how to complete such forms. Here is the Government’s central page for the FAFSA. Everything you need to know is here and studying all the resources here WILL let you fill in this form without errors, and without giving your money away: http://studentaid.ed.gov/students/publications/student_guide/2003_2004/english/general-applying.htm#renewal About The Author This article reprinted courtesy of [http://HungryStudents.com ]HungryStudents.com - Independent Student Loan Consolidation Info. http://www.hungrystudents.com Copyright 2004 [http://HungryStudents.com ]HungryStudents.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Keith_Tuomi http://EzineArticles.com/?Debunking-the-FAFSA-Myth&id=24238 buy phentermine online no prescription best place to buy phentermine phentermine from us pharmacy phentermine online us

Get More Focused and Get More Business

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

By Stephanie Ward As a business owner, youve got a lot going on. Sometimes its hard to know what your top priorities are and where to put your focus. And since there are only so many minutes in a day, you need to find the best way to utilize your time so you can grow your business. Figuring out what your priorities are, and then focusing on them, will require an investment of time. I know, you dont have any extra time and thats the whole problem. The fact is, nothing will change until you decide to do things differently. If you keep going the way you have been, youll stay lost about what is most important to your business and therefore wont be able to focus your efforts. You see, you do have a choice about how you spend your time. You can make the decision to use your time to think about what is most important for your business (prioritizing) and then choose to devote your time (focus) on those things. Stephen Covey made a good point when he said, The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. Theres no time like the present, ready to get started? Why not stop what you are doing right now and identify your business goals. Focus on goals that are connected to the profitability of your business, goals that are close to the money. Talking through your thoughts is a great way to get begin. You can do this by writing down your thought process, talking out loud to yourself, or better yet talking it through with someone you trust. Once youve written down all of your business goals, prioritize your list with the intention of selecting the top three goals. Next to each of your top three goals, write down the things you are doing to reach every goal and how much time you are spending actually focused on those things. Sounds simple, I know, and sometimes we make things more complicated than they need to be. Keep this list somewhere you can see it. Better yet, memorize it. Start a new habit of stopping to think before you begin doing something and ask yourself this question: Will this action move me closer to my business goals? Heres another way to think about priorities and focus from Tony Robbins, It’s not what’s happening to you now or what has happened in your past that determines who you become. Rather, it’s your decisions about what to focus on, what things mean to you, and what you’re going to do about them that will determine your ultimate destiny. The point is this, the more time you invest in analyzing what the most important activities are for your business and then planning how you will focus on them - the more profitable your business will be! Dating Advice For Women: Dating Again After A Bad Hurt or the Death of a Spouse

Friday, January 25th, 2008

By Larry Danks Getting over hurt after a relationship or after the death of a spouse or partner can really be difficult. These suggestions can help you: Dealing With Hurt Hurt is difficult to deal with. The best way to deal with it is to get back out there as soon as you can, consistent with making good sense. The fastest way to forget him is to start seeing some nice gentlemen, enjoying things again and finding another him. Do not let an unrealistic focus on someone paralyze you. No one is worth that. Some women torture themselves for years over a past hurt or over not being able to have who they want. You know the line about dreams. Be careful. They might come true. Be careful what you wish for so ardently. Have a real life instead. If you are coming from a hurtful situation, just gently tell the men you meet, as one lady did to me, that you have come off of a difficult relationship, and you need to take things slowly. If he is a good man, he will understand. Death of A Partner There is a different kind of hurt when someone loses their love to death. Sometimes it is sudden, which is hard to deal with emotionally, and sometimes financially. Other times it can be the result of a long illness, which can be very draining emotionally and physically. While the love who has died may be sorely missed, the very practical problem the survivor can face is loneliness. Some women cope with this by spending more time with their family and friends and taking up new interests. For some women that is enough. New relationships arent for everyone. I had a wonderful and cheerful aunt who was widowed for many years. She never remarried, although I’m sure she could have easily. She always seemed very content with her situation and enjoyed spending a great deal of time with her children and grandchildren. For other women though, they have a loneliness that they realize only having another love and companion can satisfy. There’s a difference in being content and “contenting yourself”. If what you really want is love, be open to possibilities and do something about it, and be as content with your current situation as you can be in the meantime, by actively trying to fill it with things that interest you. Sometimes there may be a wave of guilt because of needing love again. There shouldnt be any. Your deceased spouse had all the time allotted to him. Hopefully, it was a good one you shared together. Keep those good memories in that special place in your heart no one can touch. (Any caring new love will be respectful enough to help you honor that.) But if your husband was truly in love with you, and sees you aching in loneliness, it is hard to imagine that a truly loving and unselfish husband wouldnt want you to be happy again. If youre thinking You didnt know my _______. Hed never want me with anybody else. Ever. If thats the case, hed be being pretty unfair to you and pretty selfish. He is gone and you are still here and need to have a life. And deserve to have one. Value the love you had. Remember the good times always. Then get on with your valuable time, and make love part of it again. You are worth it and you deserve it. Go for it. Some women might say I could never get married or have a relationship again. There will never be another love like John. Thats true. There wont be. He was an original. We all are. But that doesnt mean that you cant find a different kind of love with another fine man, who has equally praiseworthy characteristics of his own, that you could build satisfying tomorrows with. If you are widowed and lonely, I sincerely hope you will give love together with someone else a chance. If you meet the right person, he will make it easier for you to do. You may both have memories, good and not so good of the past, but together you can build a future of love and caring together. Do not feel as if you are abandoning your former time and its memories, youre just adjusting to an uncontrollable changing situation and building a new life for yourself. And do not worry about what other people think. Sometimes children and friends are aggrieved when a widow decides to date again. They do not have the same perspective you have because of age, or because they havent been through the experience youve been through. While they are well meaning most of the time, they are also not the ones who have to take walks alone, eat alone, spend evenings alone or go to bed without the warmth and comfort of their love next to them. Do what your heart tells you. You can be happy again. When you are, you will wonder why you didnt act sooner. Love and romance are there for the taking. Isn’t now the time? How to Find Risk Free Equity Loans

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jimmy_Roos]Jimmy Roos Now more than ever it it is easier to find equity loans aslenders and brokers team up to sell more equity loans, creditlines and mortgage loans. Home equity loans are a goodalternative way to pay off the high interest rates on creditcards, home building material as well as school fees. Credit lines are more geared towards getting cash extended forup to ten years, similar to a credit card. Not many banks offerhowever others allow their clients to use the credit linefacility. By contrast, refinancing releases cash on a home inorder to increase its equity value. One needs to look at the rates offered by various lenders todecide which option is better. While some lenders offer aninterest rate of 5.74% on their home equity loans, refinancelenders offer one percentage point less to help homeownersdecrease the high interest rates on a pending mortgage loan. The purpose of the loans are to change the terms of a mortgageloan by turning the loan into a lower payment plan. Thehomeowner may use the loan to either consolidate his debts, oralternatively to replace an old loan. When looking for a loan be careful of online brokers who offerto give you a loan without you having to undergo a creditcheck. This is because lender legislation requires them tocheck the borrower’s credit background. Lastly, Credit lines, also known as “Home Equity Line of Creditcome with a prime rate of interest. However, despite this thehomeowner may choose when he wishes to use the credit as wellas when he wishes to repay the debt during an interval. As theabove discussion shows there are many options to choose fromif you consider to apply for a home equity loan. Understanding the True Nature of Giving

Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008

By Laura Young We’ll call him Spike. He was big, tattooed and pierced, on lots of narcotics and, oh yeah, without a job. I was on the team to try to help him turn his life around in 5 weeks. (Did I ever mention my former career was challenging?!) Spike had a pregnant wife. Very pregnant. They had no car and no way to get one. My sister was just about to have a vehicle repossessed when she and her husband split and neither could afford the SUV individually. “Hey, your car is getting old, why don’t you buy mine?” Honestly, my car was 10 years old but was running like a champ and I was not eager to take over payments for a vehicle I didn’t need, but my husband convinced me that we should help my sister. Next thing you know, I have a car I don’t need and then there is Spike, really working hard to turn his life around. “Hey, Spike, do you have a dollar?” “Um. Yeah. Why?” “Want to buy my car?” When he picked his jaw off the ground we shook hands and sealed the deal. I brought her to the hospital the next day ready to transfer the title. He got in, looking a bit large for the tiny Subaru, but what do you want for a buck? : ) Then he lights up a cigarette. I laughed and grimaced and said, “I’m a dork, I know, but this is my baby and could you wait to smoke in her later?” He laughed, being a bit of a gearhead and said, “Cool. No problem. I totally understand” and after a couple minutes we went back in so he could finish the day’s therapies. Yeah, I was feeling all Good Samaritan Random Act of Kindness Altruism Poster Girl about it. And then Spike drove up one day and my car had a fire engine red racing stripe right down the center. Okay. Fine. Yeah. Okay. And a For Sale sign in the window. WHAT?!?! He’s selling my car?! He needs that car! What’s he going to do with the money? NO! He wouldn’t buy narcotics with it would he? I was beside myself. What did this mean? What was he doing? Did he completely fool me and now I gave him a means to mess his life up even more? I mean, I shouldn’t have done that to begin with. I’m a therapist! What was I doing selling my car to a client?! I knew this could come to no good. I kept my mouth shut and just fretted in silence, afraid to draw attention to what an idiot I had been. Until the next day when Spike pulled up in a station wagon. A sensible family car that could fit a child seat and accomodate his large frame, and his wife infinitely better than my car ever could have. You know by now that I saw a Buddha at work, right? I didn’t realize that I had tied quite so many strings to the car but in addition to that dollar I was asking a lot more of Spike. I was asking him to stay off drugs and to be a responsible family man and to maybe not smoke so much and to stop painting my car for the love of God! And at the first sign that he wasn’t going to honor this implicit deal I was in turmoil and questioning why I was so “generous”. The truth is, if he wanted to burn that car in an alley, it was his right to do that!!! That 24 hours during which I got to watch my mind undergo untold torture as I questioned my “gift”, his motives, my ethics, all this only to have to eat a big huge plate of crow at the end was the true gift in this exchange. Give with an open heart and no conditions where you can. And don’t when you can’t! When you have conditions, be honest about it. Name them. Make the deal out in the open. Give everyone the chance to have informed consent. Treat each other as equals, both worthy of respect and be open about what, if any, expectations you have. Better to make no deal than to make a covert contract that leaves someone beholden to you and sets you up to be the standard bearer for their future decisions. Drinking Water Bottle “Bugs”

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

By Anna Hart Drinking water bottles are ubiquitous in the U.S. and in many other developed countries as well. Children carry drinking water bottles to school. Parents carry drinking water bottles as they commute to work, children’s soccer games, etc. Some people have begun carrying drinking water bottles to church with them. Athletes always seem to have a drinking water bottle with them. Convenience A major reason for using drinking water bottles is the convenience they offer. Water can be taken almost anywhere. Drinking water bottles involve little cost, and their loss is not a problem. When they are empty, they need not be carried home. They can simply be placed in a recycle bin or other waste disposal. What happens, though, when drinking water bottles are not recycled? The Danger Disposing of drinking water bottles is the best idea, but many people refill them. If they empty the bottle while jogging, they stop and refill it at a water fountain. If they have a filter at home, they refill drinking water bottles from the filter. At work, they may refill a drinking water bottle from the water cooler. Each time, they may be putting healthy drinking water into the bottle, but is this a safe practice? Or is there danger in refilling disposable drinking water bottles? The danger is not, as claimed by an old internet urban legend, that the bottles will break down into carcinogenic compounds. That plastic scare originated with the master’s thesis of an undergraduate student who did not conduct sufficient scientific study before publishing his thesis. USFDA standards control the type of plastic used for bottled water. Can plastic drinking water bottles break down? Can plastic leach into the water when you refill them? Possibly. It is said that some bottles, even those approved by the USFDA, do indeed leach into water even before you open the bottle. Bacteria Although your plastic drinking water bottles may not break down into cancer-causing compounds, and may not leach plastic into your water, they do contain bacteria. Bacteria can grow and reproduce rapidly in an empty plastic drinking water bottle. Consider this. Each time you take a drink from that drinking water bottle, you deposit bacteria from your mouth on the rim of the bottle. If you refill the bottle without washing it, you simply flush the bacteria into your water. The problem is compounded if the bottle is empty for a while, and allowed to get warm. Bacteria then have an ideal environment for reproduction. But They Are MY Bugs Many (not all) of the bacteria are indeed from your mouth. However, in your system, your body regulates them at reasonable levels. Bacteria in the drinking water bottle are no longer regulated. They can reproduce rapidly. In addition, other germs will enter the bottle from the air, mingling with those from your mouth. Washing Helps Washing the bottle thoroughly will destroy most of the bacteria. The bottle must be washed after each use, before refilling. You must wash the neck of the bottle and the entire inside. This means you cannot stop for a refill at the drinking fountain in the park. You cannot refill it at the water cooler and take it back to your desk. The only way to have healthy drinking water is to use drinking water bottles only once, or wash them thoroughly before refilling. Since very hot water is the best way to get the bottle clean, a dishwasher is recommended. You will have to place the bottle on the top rack, since the plastic is not designed for high temperature. When the wash cycle ends, remove your drinking water bottle immediately before the dry cycle can begin. FREEZE OUT Finally, when you take the clean drinking water bottle from your dishwasher, place it into the freezer immediately. This will keep germs from getting into the bottle. It will also keep mold from forming. When you are ready to use it, take the clean drinking water bottle from the freezer, fill, and cap.
